Permanent Placements

Our Permanent Placement Service is for those families looking for a long term, committed nanny. Permanent Placements can be either full time or part time, depending on the number of hours a nanny will be working.


Full Time Nannies generally work 30+ hours per week.

Part Time Nannies generally work under 30 hours per week.

Summer Placements are included in our Permanent Placement Service.


Nannies available for these placements require a position to be at least 3 months in duration. The average nanny looking for a long term position can commit to at least one year of employment, and would like to earn between $15 and $20 per hour.


Nannies placed in permanent positions have a variety of responsibilities, including caring for your child's physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs. They are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your home, which can include cleaning out the dishwasher, keeping up with your child's laundry, cleaning up after meals during the day, and the light housekeeping involved with toy pick up and room organization.


***Please allow 4-6 weeks to make a Permanent Placement. This will give us time to forward your job description to the nannies we have available and arrange interviews for you.

Sitting Services

Our Temporary Services are available to not only our permanent clients, but to all families that may need occasional care or evening sitting. These services require a four hour minimum and can be utilized for a sequence of days or weeks if necessary.


Temporary nannies are screened in the same manner as permanent nannies and are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your home.


We also provide these services to local churches, hotels, reception halls and businesses that may have functions, guests or occasions whereby they need assistance with childcare.


Overnight Baby Nannies are a division of our Temporary Services.


Overnight baby nannies typically work while the parents are sleeping to assist with the nighttime feedings of newborns. These nannies can work anywhere from 6PM until the following morning, and for several nights per week if necessary. These nannies typically charge between $18 and 25 per hour and do request a four hour minimum.

Hotel Sitters

Special Event Staffing
