Overview: Hard working and family focused Brentwood couple is looking for a loving and flexible nanny to care for their sweet baby girl, born February 2024.

Mom and Dad are both TN natives who met here in Nashville.  Mom was raised in beautiful Chattanooga and attended UT Knoxville for college.  Post graduation, she followed her dreams and moved to the big city of Nashville, and it's a good thing she did, because it was here she met her fellow life adventurer, her husband.  Dad was no stranger to Nashville - he is a Middle TN native who attended college in Memphis and landed in Nashville after Law School.

Flash forward to today, and they are the proud parents of a sweet baby girl (GNB) who arrived February 16th! They are happy to say that they are already settling into life as parents, and completely enamored with their darling baby girl.   

Also in the home are the family's 2 fur babies who are very well behaved.

The ideal candidate for this young couple is reliable, flexible, positive, kind and trustworthy.  Someone who is experienced and confident caring for newborns/infants, and who will help (GNB) reach all of her developmental milestones. 

There is no doubt that theirs is a fast paced lifestyle with demanding work schedules, so it is important that they find a nanny who is flexible to work with schedule changes as needed.  Some nights can go long in their industry, so a caregiver that is open to working an occasional evening would be ideal.

Also, this is an adventurous couple, who plans to continue to travel 3 or 4 times a year to fun destinations, so they are hopeful to find a candidate who would be willing to travel with them on occasion as well.  It is important to note that ability to travel is not a 100% requirement for this position. 

In summary, this family is looking for someone who wants to grow with them and be around for many years to come, and they intend to always provide an open and accepting work space in return, treating their nanny with dignity and respect, and as a valued member of their family.

Overview of nanny's typical day:

• 8 am - Nanny Arrives (This time may vary pending on parent's work schedule) 
• During the day, nanny will be responsible for feeds, naps, and activities during the day (timing TBD) 
• During naptime, the family would like help with baby's laundry, bottle cleaning and general pick up at the end of the day.
• Average time for either Mom or Dad (or both) to be home is 5-5:30 pm. 

* TDAP vaccine is preferred but not 100%required. COVID and Flu Shot are not required.
