Family: #GRA-LB

Location: NASHVILLE | 12th South 37204

Overview: Laid back, family oriented couple is looking for a committed and experienced nanny to care for their sweet baby boy, born MARCH 2024.

Mom and Dad met as Freshmen at Vanderbilt University and have been doing life together ever since. For their careers, Mom works for the TN Dept. of Education and Dad works in Technical Consulting. While Mom is required to be in the office most days of the week, Dad works from home full time in a designated work space.

This couple loves Nashville and has a great community of friends and lots of family around, and prioritize spending quality time with all. In their spare time, they love spending time outdoors, and attending Vandy sporting events as proud alumni!

And as a multi-faith household (Dad is Jewish, and Mom is Episcopalian) they are looking for fun ways to incorporate both of their traditions into their growing family.

(BNB) was born in March 2024 and Mom and Dad could not be more smitten, and are starting to get their rhythm as first time parents with a newborn!

Also in the home is the family's friendly, and dog-like kitten named Ruby. She is very social and loves to play and cuddle and be around people whenever possible.

This sweet couple envisions their nanny as a true member of their family, who will be with them for many years to come. Their ideal candidate will be fun and creative, and able to come up with activities that engage (BNB) and keep him away from screens as much as possible.

Also, someone who is patient and can be of support in identifying developmental milestones, and help Mom and Dad navigate life as new parents. They are also hopeful that their nanny is firm, and able to provide support in setting boundaries and expectations with their child for behavior.

A nanny with an adventurous spirit will fit right in, as Mom and Dad vacation with their close family regularly, both on the East and West Coast, in locations that are fun for all to enjoy. They are hopeful to find a candidate who would be willing to travel with them on occasion as well. It is important to note that ability to travel is not a 100% requirement for this position.
