Overview:Warm and inviting Franklin couple is looking for a full time nanny for their sweet baby boy, who will be a year old in January 2024.
Mom and Dad were student athletes who met later in life. They enjoy great food and travel, and sometimes even travel for great food! They moved to Tennessee for a combination of work and lifestyle, and love the values that make Middle TN what it is!
For their careers, Mom spent many years as a working professional, but has recently left that behind to focus on her little one, and Dad is an Attorney. They consider themselves disciplined and hard working individuals, who also know how to have a good time! They love traveling the world and are always up for a new adventure - though those adventures are much more planned now than they once were.
(B1) arrived January 2023 and is a little guy on the go! He is already standing on his own and will likely be walking before he hits one! He has an established sleeping and eating routine, and is just starting on his journey of solid foods. (B1) will be home full time.
Also in the home are the family's 2 Miniature Dachshunds, who are are very tiny and very sweet.
This young family is admittedly still learning the ropes of becoming parents, but they have been following Moms on Call and like the schedule and routine it provides. Mom will be home full time, and is hoping to find a nanny that is comfortable caring for (B1) alone while she manages the home or runs errands, and who is also comfortable working as a team during the day.
The family's ideal candidate is experienced, trustworthy, patient, reliable, and has a passion for Child Development. Someone who is a good communicator and comfortable sharing ideas with Mom and Dad. As (B1) transitions to age 1, they would love a candidate that can help lead and guide in that process and other developmental milestones. The family enjoys traveling so a candidate who also enjoys travel would be a wonderful fit and welcomed addition. It is important to note that a nanny’s ability to travel is not a requirement for this position. Also, someone who is comfortable with dogs, and is willing to help here and there with their needs, is also preferred.
Overview of a nanny's typical day:
10 AM Arrival
Playing with (B1) and keeping him on his schedule
Feeding (B1) lunch
Afternoon nap or play with (B1)
5 PM - end of day
During nap time, the family would like help with light housework, including the baby’s laundry, dish washing, and some general tidying and play area organization.
*Family does NOT require candidates to have received the Covid vaccine, TDap or Flu Shot.
