This kind and hardworking Nashville couple is reaching out with hope and excitement at the prospect of welcoming a new member into their vibrant household. They describe their family as the epitome of warmth, laughter, and a bit of the unexpected. 

Mom and Dad's journey together, from meeting at a friend's wedding in Spain, to creating a life filled with love and adventure in Nashville, is a testament to their belief in embracing life's surprises. Theirs is a busy, open -hearted and adventurous family, always ready to explore new experiences, while cherishing their time together at home. 

For their careers, Mom is a Partner at a Consulting Firm, and Dad runs a Farming Operation in another state. Dad's job requires weekly travel. Thankfully they both have home offices, which allows Mom to 'hold down the fort' during the week and for both to balance professional responsibilities with their family life. 

Their oldest, B3, is the life of any room he’s in. He is a natural entertainer who loves to make everyone laugh and is so very smart. He loves anything with wheels (specifically emergency vehicles and construction machines) and his imagination is beginning to blossom. He loves all kinds of outings, and is just generally an easy going guy. B3 will be in school 5 days per week, starting in August.

His little sister, G1, is a girl on the go, who is starting to put together her words. She is a very happy and giggly baby who eats EVERYTHING! She loves playing with clothes and blankets or anything that is soft. She is definitely interested in anything her brother is interested in, and spends most days trying to keep up with him! She’s just happy to be along for the ride! G1 is home full time.

Baby#3, another girl, will make her arrival in August and the family couldn't be more excited!

Rounding out the family are their two beloved dogs: Fizz, a 1 year old Mini Schnauzer, and Samos, a 10 year old Blue Heeler, both of whom bring their own special blend of energy and affection to the home.

Mom and Dad's parenting style is grounded in love, respect, and the principles of positive discipline and Montessori teaching. They believe in nurturing their children's independence, curiosity, and joy in learning, by fostering an environment where they can grow into their best selves. They are mostly 'screen free' with their kiddos.

The family’s ideal candidate is loving, experienced and patient, and can keep up with the family’s busy, disciplined lifestyle. 

With Mom and Dad's dynamic work schedules, and the ever changing nature of family life, they need a caregiver who is flexible and can adapt to changing needs, even on short notice. Someone who will always engage their children in a loving and interactive manner, contributing positively to their emotional and social development, and who also practices positive discipline, and who will guide their children with patience and understanding. Understandably, having 3 children under 3 requires a tidy and organized home, so caregivers with a can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and help when needed are preferred. And because driving will be a part of the nanny's job description, the family is asking for candidates who are experienced and comfortable with this responsibility.

The family enjoys traveling more than the average couple, both nationally and internationally, so a candidate who also enjoys travel would be a wonderful fit and welcomed addition. It is important to note that a nanny’s ability to travel is not a 100 % requirement for this position.

Overview of nanny's typical day:

• Nanny arrives at 8am - The day begins with getting the littles dressed and fed (sometimes this is done before 8). 
• B3 will be going to a 5 day a week preschool starting in August, so nanny will need to drive him to school and and pick him up daily.
• Spend the rest of the morning playing with the girls at home, taking them to the park, storytime, art/gym class etc. then lunch and naptime. 
• During naptime, the family would like help with meal prep, laundry, and tidying up the house. 
• Then same schedule/activities after naps: play, read, sing, interact with the girls at home, pick up B3 from school and bring him home.
• Once home nanny will help start prepping for dinner or help get bathtime started.
• 5pm - End of day 

*Family 100% requires candidates to have received the TDap vaccine. Family preferes candidates to have a current Flu Shot. Family has no requirement for the Covid vaccine.
