ABOUT THE FAMILY: We are a laid back family of four: two lawyer parents and two hilarious little girls, ages 5 and 1. Our girls are high energy and love music, dance, art, reading, and swimming.
ABOUT THE JOB: We would love to find a SUMMER NANNY to be an extension of us as parents, when we are not at home. We are looking for someone kind, loving, attentive to detail, and a good communicator. Someone who enjoys taking the girls out for activities. We have memberships at Cheekwood, the Adventure Science Center, and the Zoo, and we would love to have you all go out and do things.
Our current full time nanny/family assistant, who has been with us for a year and a half, will be having her first child in June, and so we are looking for someone to help us primarily with our kiddos, and a little around the house, while she is on leave.
Schedule:
The girls have camps that they will attend, but there are a few weeks that they will be home full days.
- For camp weeks:
- 7am -6pm Monday and Friday;
- 12-6 Tuesday - Thursday
- For non-camp weeks:
- Generally 8-4 each day.
*There is a two week period when Mom and Dad will be out of town that the hours will be 50 hours/week, likely 7:30 - 5:30 on these 2 weeks.
**Nanny will be provided her schedule a month at a time, so you will know your schedule in advance.
Compensation:
- $25 - $30 per hour
*All taxes calculated and paid via direct deposit.
Start Date:
- Last week in May
Duration:
- Through mid August if possible.
